Research On Relationship Between Pressure, Social Support And Coping Style Of Drug Addicts

Drug is a key problem, which affects the social stability .The crime, disease, andother social problems, which are caused by drug addiction, have seriously affected thenormal life of a human. Relying solely on traditional drug detoxification or generalideological education, and the world of education is to be ineffective. So, from apsychological point of view to explore the psychological state of drug addicts andpsychological characteristics of its lead drug addiction can be made more effectivesocial integration strategy that will improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation work.At present, there has not systematic and detailed research on drug addict'spressure; also has not the related discussion on drug addict's reactions when facingthe pressure. This study from the pressure correlation theories as well as theinfluencing factor between the pressure and the pressure response. First, establishedthe pressure of drug addict's questionnaire, and explored the present pressure situationof drug addicts as well as the source pressure factors in the demography difference;then, probed the mediating role and adjust function in social support and coping stylesbetween pressure and pressure response.Through the research, get the following conclusion:(1)The pressure questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and can be used aseffective measurement tools of drug interactions. Get the conclusion that the pressuresource includes six factors: social work pressure, family pressure, the life changes,family pressure, communication pressure, marriage pressure, economic pressure,including 33 items. The stress response consists of three factors, respectively,psychological and physiological reaction behavior, including 18 items.(2)Drug addict's main pressure is family pressure and social work pressure,marriage pressure is the smallest stress pressure. When drug addicts facing pressure,most occur will be in physiology reaction. Family sick, fear to bring harm to thefamily, the children's future are the main drug addict's source of pressure.(3) Drug addicts show a certain differences in the nation, age, working status,marital status, cultural level, and rehabilitation time.(4) The mediating effect in social support and coping styles between pressure andpressure response is significant; the main effect to stress response of social support and coping style is significant; the interaction of social support and stressors on thestress response has no significant effect; the interaction of coping styles and stressorson the stress response has significant effect; the pressure source has a immediateeffect on pressure response.(5) High social support group at low pressure and high pressure groups are able toreduce the level of stress response, and high social support group in the high pressurecan be more significant reduction in the level of stress response.
