Achievement Goal Theory is one of the most important motivation theories of the 20th century. With the development of the social cognition theory, the newest theory is the 2×2 Achievement Goal. This paper will investigate the characteristics and the influencing factors of Middle School Students'Achievement Goal, and verify how Implicit theories of ability, Perceptive ability and Motivation climate to effect middle school students'achievement goal from ability and environment under the framework of social cognition. Another purpose of this paper is to investigate what motivation climate can be to arouse students'academic motivation better, and how to build it.This paper has two investigations. One of them is about questionnaire, another is about experiment. In the study of questionnaire, there are 344 participant, all of them are middle school students. Through the test of questionnaire, we found implicit theories of ability, Perceptive ability and Motivation climate were all correlation with the four dimensions of Achievement Goal Orientation. And then the experiment is at the basic of the questionnaire, it chooses 74 students which were from two classes from Grade seven, a half of then were in master climate, others in performance climate. In both climates there are two kinds of people, one kind have entity theory another have incremental theory, this different kind of people received different feedback. In this way we design 2×2×2three facts completely random design and found how this three factors influence Achievement Goal Orientation change. All of the data are analyzed by the SPSS16.0 and the conclusion as follow:(1) Middle School Students'Achievement Goal Orientation has Gender and Grade difference.(2) Middle School Students'implicit theories of ability, Perceptive ability and Motivation climate can influence their Achievement Goal Orientation.(3) Motivation climate and ability feedback can influence master approach goal.(4) Motivation climate and ability feedback and interaction of the can influence performance approach goal.(5) Motivation climate can influence performance avoid goal.(6) Master avoid goal may not exist.
