Hope to provide a theoretical support and practical information for Zha Quan's heritage and revival, also for development of traditional martial arts in China.This research reached the following main conclusions:1.Practitioners who are exercising Zha Quan are in the present imbalance of age, inheritance of a serious fault.2.Inheriting way of Zha Quan is from the family and Mentoring heritage to school coaching.3.Function of Zha Quan is from focusing on attacking art to functional fitness regimen gradually, contributing to fitness activities for all people.4.Zha Quan has begun spreading in schools of Guan County, but its scale is small, the transmission way is single, especially in schools in rural area.5.Zha Quan's Current conditions is not as good as the former is mainly due to external factors, internal cause is secondary.6.Zha Quan has complex moves, its boxing manager is esoteric, which is more difficult to learn than other kinds of martial arts, it has contributed to the decline of Zha Quan.
