| Vocational schools shoulder the mission of training high skilled talents for production, construction, service and management which meet the needs of the first line. Job oriented vocational skills training and training are the main ways to put the students'theory into practice. Students in vocational colleges must go to the corporate to replace employees at least six months, which is called substitution internship. Substitution internship is one of the important ways to strengthen the external position of professional skills, and enable students to convert vocational skills into practical work experience and ability so that it enables graduates to be employed in the working practice, which not only reduces the trouble of looking for a job of the students, but also increases the employment ratio and quality of employment. This paper bases on the theory of system management, uses cycle management modes under the system management framework, and it is from the perspective of the school principal, targeting students'frequent changing of the guard in the substitution internships, inactive cooperation of the training companies, out of place of the guidance teacher management and the low substitution internships conversion rate into employment issues. This paper studies the factors of affecting substitution internships into jobs, analyzes the causes of affecting substitution internships into employment from school, substitution internship students, and business respectively. The methodologies adopted are literature and questionnaire survey, proposing the establishment of scientific and effective substitution internship management supporting system, and clearing channels of university-enterprise cooperation, the improvement of the assessment system and other measures to strengthen the substitution internship management, and promote substitution internships into jobs. Finally, the author takes the example of the majors of Architecture Engineering Technology in Jinan Engineering Vocational and Technical College where the author works. Through the implementation of substitution internships into employment control, it improves the conversion rate of substitution internship into employment, enhances practical skills of vocational graduates, employment quality, management of staff performance and motivation, and has closer links between enterprises and schools, enhancing the students'feeling to school. The study of this paper has reference meaning to the substitution internship employment of the vocational college. |
