Research On Management Of Substitution Internships In Technical Institutions From The Perspective Of Complexity Theory

Substitution internship is the most important way for practice teaching of technical education.The quality of internship restricts the overall development of technical education.Found in a number of checks,the management level of substitution internship still has a lot of room for improvement though it's already on the rise.Therefore,it is very actual value to carry out the research on management of substitution internships in technical institutions,and then to improve the quality of substitution internship.In order to improve the quality of substitution internship,this paper firstly analyzes the intension and complexity of the internship system in technical institutions based on the theory of complexity.It proves that the internship system is a complex system through analyzing minutely about the internship main body,practice environment and practice in the internship system.Then,the paper summarizes the existing problems in the internship system under the theory of complexity.Secondly,AHP fuzzy comprehensive method is used to construct the quality evaluation system of substitution internship in technical institution.In order to facilitate the analysis and calculation,the software YAAHP is introduced into the paper.It provides a clear method for the evaluation of internship system.At the same time,the paper chooses Guangzhou Light Industry Technician College as a case study.Thirdly,the paper puts forward four suggestions on how to optimize the internship system of technical institutions based on the theory of complexity.Four suggestions are as follows: It is necessary to strengthen the participation system of internship system in technical institution on the basis of the whole system;It is necessary to improve the internship environment of technical institution on the basis of the openness of the system;It is necessary to build a perfect technical internship information management system on the basis of the system of self-organization;It is necessary to perfect the crisis prevention mechanism of internship in technical institutions on the basis of the dynamic nature of the system.
