It is the foundation of China education, and the development key of rural education, Whose quality improve is important guarantee to improve our overall national quality.Thus, education of rural primary and secondary school is always a hot issue of education research, and the reform and development of rural education also becomes the key problem. Nowadays, under the background of constructing Socialism New Rural, how to develop the education of rural primary and secondary school, is waiting to be discussed by the academic circles. The new rural construction is a systematic engineering, which affects rural economy, society, education, and other aspects, education among them has a mission that it should bring up " the new farmers that are cultured, skillful and can manage ", besides, it also has the very vital significance for rural urbanization. However, education of rural primary and secondary school hasn't play its proper role so far in the construction of New Rural, but still keeps a single developing mode, which has seriously affected the long-term, healthy and sustainable development of rural primary and secondary school education, as well as has restricted the implementation of New Rural construction. Practice has proved, the effective interaction of rimary school education and new rural construction can can receive the "win-win" effect. Northern shaanxi is located in the western underdeveloped region, rural economic level is low, education of rural primary and secondary school develops slowly, which can not satisfy the demand of the current Socialism New Rural construction, specifically showing as follows: first, the whole education quality of rural elementary and secondary in northern shaanxi is not high, which can not satisfy people's increasing expectations and requirements. Second, the developing model that pursuits "bound" has seriously wasted rural labor and education resources. Third, the interactivity between education of rural elementary and secondary schools and the construction of New Rural is poor, which makes the both develop hampered. Forth, the developing mode of rural elementary and secondary schools in northern shaanxi lack of features and developing potential. Therefore, based on the actual situation of education development in northern shaanxi, and combining the empirical survey data, as well as the developing requirement of economy and society in the construction of New Rural, this paper puts forward the developing path of rural elementary and secondary schools in northern shaanxi. the developing path including guide mass to change the traditional ideas, a series of policies and measures to guarantee the development of rural primary, integrating the curriculum and education resource of the rural school, in order to provide the reference of the reform and development of rural primary and secondary schools in shaanbei. |
