China's primary and secondary school physical education curriculum construction has been attached great importance and concern of the party and state,society,schools and parents;restricted by the historical and natural conditions and other objective factors,rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum construction in Heze City,long in the relatively backward state,people paid more attention and expectation.In order to respond to this expectation,this paper selects the economic situation under the construction of physical education curriculum developed in the southwest of Heze city rural primary and secondary schools of applied research.In this paper,the 2011 edition of the "sports and health curriculum standard" and "ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standard(Experiment)" the implementation of the background,the implementation of the relevant documents in recent years with the State Council and the Ministry of education,reference literature,curriculum construction in Heze rural primary and secondary school physical education research the object,a comprehensive analysis of the status of its construction,find out the main existing problems,analyzes the reasons,and summarizes the characteristics and rules of construction,puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This article through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey,data statistics,seven counties in two district of Heze City,the rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum construction situation analysis,separately from the "sports curriculum development","understanding the status quo of physical education curriculum,physical education teachers,and"physical education curriculum related infrastructure "respectively in the aspects of primary school,junior middle school and senior middle school to investigate,and obtain the corresponding data and information.The survey results show that although certain achievements have been made in sports curriculum construction of rural primary and middle schools in Heze City,but the situation is not optimistic:the main problem is to apply traditional forms of teaching organization,organization form is relatively single,monotonous teaching content of physical education curriculum;students do not pay enough attention to the physical education curriculum,the atmosphere is not harmony between teachers and students;sports professional teachers the level is not high,the low degree of sports science and the core quality is not high;the lag of school sports venues and facilities,infrastructure is not perfect.In view of this kind of question,this article proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion from two aspects:the education department and the school.As the Department in charge of education in rural primary and middle schools in Heze city is a national poverty alleviation policy should be combined with the current precision,increase the sports curriculum resources and related resources in primary and middle schools of rural areas;two is to strengthen the implementation of the new curriculum evaluation and supervision efforts,through the implementation of the new curriculum,to further promote the construction of rural primary and secondary school physical education curriculum standard and long-term;three is to cultivate area school physical education teachers to improve teachers' literacy,physical education teachers and sports skills.Countermeasures for the school level of rural primary and secondary schools in Heze City,one is the school leaders attach great importance to the construction of physical education curriculum;the two is to implement the new curriculum as the basic school basis and key link to promote the school sports curriculum construction for the new curriculum should develop specific "implementation plan";the three is the implementation of physical education organization culture;four is the full and reasonable use of school sports venues and facilities,promote the local characteristics of traditional sports,sports facilities to substitute;five is to strengthen the Heze city rural primary and secondary school physical education teachers construction,the construction of a sufficient amount,good ethics,skills and physical quality strong sports teachers;the six is to enrich the teaching content,reasonable arrangements for teaching content and exercise;the seven is to enhance the training of fitness,health first,lifelong sports concept,the Firmly rooted in primary and secondary school students,lifelong benefit.
