In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued the "Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial)","Primary School Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial)" and "Secondary School Teachers' Professional Standards(Trial)" to the whole society.The above criteria for kindergarten teachers and primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications and standards for a clear provision,its purpose is to continuously improve the kindergarten and primary and secondary school teachers' qualification and level.The above criteria clearly require that primary and secondary school professional teachers should receive a professional system of discipline education,and also should obtain a teacher qualification certificate,they should also receive professional training and education and master the professional knowledge before they go to work,so as to grasp the basic conditions of the people 's teachers.Professional standards are actually primary and secondary school teachers to carry out education and teaching activities of the basic norms for the majority of primary and secondary school teachers,the training and assessment of them is to provide a detailed standard and basis.Based on the investigation and analysis of the scale construction,professional construction,structure construction and mechanism construction of Guanghe County,the basic situation of the construction of art teachers in Guanghe County at present stage,we recognize the achievements and the available sections and the constraints of the problems.The article gives sufficient affirmation to the achievements and the available parts,and points out the shortcomings and problems in it,revealing its key constraints,and deeply reflect the experience and the shortcomings.This paper puts forward the effective and feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the bottleneck of restricting the construction of the art teachers in the county,and puts forward the deepening consideration of improving the construction level of the art teachers in Guanghe County,in order to improve the quality of rural art education in minority areas and promote the relationship between urban and rural areas,and to improve the quality of rural art education in ethnic areas.At the same time,it helps to provide ideas for other areas to optimize the construction of art teachers.The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the background,significance,literature review,the definition of relevant concepts,and the possible innovations of this study.The second part is the research methods.It mainly includes: the research stage and the implementation of the steps,the main theoretical basis of the study,the analysis of the influences on the construction of the art teachers,the present situation of the policy research on the art education,the current situation of the policy research on the construction of the teachers,and the professional standards of teachers,the influencing factors of the construction of art teachers are divided into three dimensions: scale construction,professional construction,structure and mechanism construction.The third part is the analysis on the research results.This paper chooses the Guanghe County of Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,and investigates the construction of the teaching faculty of the primary and secondary schools in the county.The survey mainly includes educational philosophy and teacher ethics,professional knowledge structure construction and professional capacity structure.The fourth part is conclusions and suggestions.The paper summarizes the problems in the above research and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the teaching staff construction on the art education of rural primary and middle schools in ethnic areas.
