Education compulsory in our country had experienced a long and complicated process. Financial investment system of compulsory education in rural areas,it also developed and changed with the changes of history in this special process . Farm population makes up 80% of the total population,it is a crucial factor of education. Our funds of the China' rural compulsory education is not enough, that is an indisputable fact.Based on the lack of finances, this is very essential that how to construct the better financial system of our country compulsory education.
