On Evolution And Influence Factors Of Organization About High-level Athletic Teams In China

High-level athletic teams are the main form of organization in the development of athletics sports in China. It not only has an important significance to the athletics sports in our country, there are also have great impetus on the whole sports even social if have good High-level Athletic Teams. But, People have always been thought the teams only standard of achievements are success or failure in competition. With the development of society progress, it already can not adapt to the changes of characteristic of sports organizations caused by the social reforms. They need high efficiency and low negative effect with the development of modern society, and they are the problems what our high-level Athletic teams have.The paper mainly uses the literature review, take the five kinds of organization mode as the research object, and analyze the aim, structure and the players of different organization. With the method of comparison to discusses the influence factors on the appearing about different forms.By anglicizing the evolution process of high-level athletic teams, we can know two directions of the evolution. One is the combination of sport and education, and the other is professional of sports. On the analysis of different process we can get five conclusions.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the evolution process of the High-level athletic teams, the organization's goals and tasks show the trend of diversification, the structure shows complex, and the kinds of new organization shows diversified.(2)The aim of building college on the basis of high-level athletic teams is gradually turn to serve the society.(3) The combination of high-level athletic teams and universities bringing enormous power to the development of universities, and easing the pressure of placement about retired players. But there are no obvious benefits to talent cultivation of sports. There are certain distance between the combination of high-level athletic teams and universities and the current development of high level sport teams of universities.(4)Because of the characteristics of sports in our country, the operation of professional club has the distinct China characteristics, and it just is market economy behavior under the macro-control of government.(5) The establishment of market economy system and its various effects are the main power factor of evolution, and the existing problems of old system and the old concept and thought are the limiting factors of the evolution.
