Research On The Construction Mode Of High-level Basketball Teams In Colleges And Universities Under The Background Of New Enrollment Policy

The construction of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities in China.It is an important way to cultivate high-level competitive sports reserve talents through the integration of sports and education.In September 2021,the Ministry of Education and the State General Administration of Sports jointly issued the " Guiding Opinions on Further Improving and Regulating the Examination and Enrollment of High-level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities "(Teaching No.2),which puts forward higher requirements for the scope of examination and enrollment of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities,application conditions,examination evaluation,admission mechanism,training management and other aspects.The release of the new enrollment policy has brought new opportunities and challenges to the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities.Based on this,this study puts forward the construction mode of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities under the background of new enrollment policy.Taking the construction mode of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities in China as the research object,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the construction of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities in China by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process.By constructing the index system of influencing factors of the construction of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward the construction mode of high-level basketball team in colleges and universities under the background of new enrollment policy.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The introduction of the new enrollment policy in 2021 is a major reform of the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities,and the construction of high-level basketball teams in China’s colleges and universities faces the practical needs of resource strengthening,model innovation,and mechanism optimization.(2)At present,there are certain problems in the construction of high-level basketball teams in China’s colleges and universities in terms of recruitment,training and employment.In terms of enrollment:the proportion of sports levels is uneven,and the competitive ability needs to be improved;College entrance examination scores are generally low,and the cultural foundation is relatively weak;In terms of training:the contradiction between learning and training is still prominent,and the collaborative training mechanism is lacking;The management system needs to be improved urgently,and the construction guarantee is insufficient;There are generally few opportunities to participate,and first-class events have not yet been formed;Employment:the direction of employment deviates from the major,and employment guidance needs to be strengthened.(3)When constructing the construction model of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities under the background of the new enrollment policy,it is necessary to focus on the influence of athlete factors,coach factors,school factors,cultural factors,new policy factors and other factors,of which school factors are the most critical factors affecting the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities.(4)Under the background of the new enrollment policy,the main contents of the high-level basketball team construction model of colleges and universities include the enrollment model of "high standard-detailed management-strict supervision",the training model of "new system-strong team-full guarantee" and the employment model of"multi-channel-strong guidance-high quality",all of which are closely linked and influence each other to jointly support the construction of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities.(5)Under the background of the new enrollment policy,the operation of the high-level basketball team construction model of colleges and universities needs to be completed by establishing a dynamic mechanism that goes hand in hand with internal and external progress,an integration mechanism of diversified coordination and resource sharing,a supervision mechanism that covers the whole process,is authoritative and efficient,and a guarantee mechanism that provides precise supply and drives coordination.(6)Under the background of the new enrollment policy,the construction model of high-level basketball teams in colleges and universities needs to verify its scientificity and rationality through the operation of the evaluation system,which consists of four parts:evaluation principle,evaluation object,evaluation standard and evaluation content.
