With the increasingly accelerating of popular higher education, pioneering entrepreneurship Education and training students'the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship are strategic and global significance to improve the higher education quality, promote the sustainable development of personnel training, enhance the capacity of social services university and to promote regional economic development. It increasingly becomes an important task facing the development of reforming higher education to fully carry out effective educational innovation and entrepreneurship, further strengthen the spirit of innovation and practical ability, actively adapt to the surrounding environment of complex and respond to challenges of the future world. Entrepreneurial talent is the most active, most dynamic and most creative group. The numbers of social entrepreneurial talent will determine the degree of development of this society. And the training of sports entrepreneurial talent is bound to become a development strategy of China's sports industry steps. It brings new requirements to sports training quality and specifications set forth. This study aims our country sports colleges and sports entrepreneurial talent training our country sports colleges and sports entrepreneurial talent training, and "sports colleges"refers to the organizational system of independent sports academies, mainly used in literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical analysis, case analysis and other methods. And this study does a more comprehensive research to background, present situation and existing problems of sport entrepreneurship talent training, analyses deeply the major constraints factor of sport entrepreneurship talent training, and proposes concrete training approaches.This study mainly composed of five parts:(1) Needing analysis of China sports training(2) Explaining status of sports college sports talents cultivation(3) Anglicizing main problems in our country sports colleges and sports entrepreneurial talent cultivation according to the survey results,(4) Construing the major problems of sports college sports talents cultivation based on expert interviews and questionnaires(5) Drawing on research in related fields at home and abroad and coordinating each key factor's target from the theoretical. In-depth discussing sports college sports talents cultivation way. Put forward from several aspects in sports colleges and sports business personnel training main ways.Main conclusions of this study:(1)Our country sports colleges'conducts sports entrepreneurial talent cultivation conforms to our country economy development needs, senior sports industry personnel training needs. And it is very necessary;(2)Our country sports colleges'conducts sports entrepreneurial talent cultivation is lack of strategic and remains to be perfect training system;(3)There are many problems in our country sports colleges'conducts sports entrepreneurial talent cultivation. It's blind without specific performance in the pioneering consciousness training. It's weak and not enough system in a venture knowledge training performance for foundation. It's self too high and weak on comprehensive ability in a venture ability training, etc;(4)There are many restricting factors in Our country sports colleges'conducts sports entrepreneurial talent cultivation: Training purpose remain to be improved; Lack of special management organization; Entrepreneurship education teacher shortage; Entrepreneurship practice activity result is low; No system startup curriculum; Lack of strong entrepreneurship practice carrier support and so on;(5)Cultivating colleges sports pioneering talents can separately from the level of consciousness, management level and the practical level to implementation, and level of consciousness to establish reasonable cultivation idea as the main way.
