Instructors play a very important role as the team numbers of college teachers. And they have become the strongest power in engaging in the moral, ideological and political education as well as the guide to college students healthy growth. However, in their real lives, their roles appear prominence in terms of too much roles, confusions of social expectation and indistinct of self- awareness. The consequence of roles conflict is very serious. It makes college instructors'work become less efficiency and pertinency as well as makes the team construction become less stable and persistent. The causes above lie in different aspects. Among them, the conflict and overlap on the instructor roles given by the society, faultiness on the organization of instructors, diffusion on their responsibilities and biases on their careers are formed the main reasons.The study gives the ways to adapt the instructor roles according to problems mentioned above. First, promote the actives that all teachers educate students so as to reduce the pressure of instructors and solve the problems that their working scope is too broad, their tasks are too heavy and their working difficulty is too much. Second, set the appropriate specialized departments and positions. In order to make their work more elaborate, it is necessary to disassemble their work responsibilities and reduce their role conflict. Third, make it clear the expectation given to the instructors. The situation about their role expectation should be avoided. Let instructors clear their responsibilities, their work meaning, and their sense of belonging about their work. Fourth, instructor should create the good work environments themselves and strengthen the adaptive role capabilities. Meanwhile, they should get well prepared to face different kinds of challenges by using positive work attitude and good spirit. Fifth, cultivate the professionalism and establish professional beliefs. Make clear the understanding of work glory and arduousness. Correct the attitude and work hard to become practicers and researchers of college ideological and political education. Sixth, enhance the professional standards; focus on one's qualities of business. Instructor also should have higher positions and role expectations to their work. Pursuit constant progress in work, study theoretical knowledge and enhance their work competence.Finally, reply actively on the new topics and new challenges given to college instructors. Learn how to rein skills of instructor role continuously to reduce the happening role conflict.
