Recently,undergraduates participating in university management has become a trend all over the world.In our country,the education sector has also set off a wave of democracy management.In such background,all levels of colleges have begun increasingly to concern on various aspects of the internal management of the school.College students,one of the main institutions in college,play a significant role in university management.Meanwhile,the students' participation in university management is an important part of universities democratic management.Many colleges begin to try to allow students to participate in school management,but it has little effect.The author attempts to seek a breakthrough through role conflict theory.The theory can interpret university management problems and teach students how to participate in the university administration.The paper integrates and sublimes the relevant information based on the available literature,which combines with interviews of research methods.The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the background and the purpose and significance of the study,summarizes the results of previous studies,puts forward their own views and elaborate ideas and research methods.The paper describes the research programs and the theoretical basis of this study,which are the role theory and role conflict theory.The third chapter introduces the role orientation of the students and the types of the role conflict.Then the part explores negative impact of the role conflict from the community,schools and students.The forth chapter discusses the cause of the role conflict in two aspects contained external factors and individual factors.Chapter five proposed some constructive suggestions in order to alleviate conflict,including social adaptation and self-adjustment.In the end,the paper points out the direction and deficiencies of the study.
