Vice presidents of middle school play an important role in thedevelopment of basic education. Vice presidents reducing the role conflict is relatedto the quality of school education,so it is necessary to analysis and research vicepresident’s role conflict. This study use questionnaire survey to analysis role inconflict situation about vice president of middle school,and then select vicepresidents for interviews,then the conclusion are further confirmed. On this basis,we analyze the Influence factors and mitigated measures about vice president’s roleconflict with literature research method. Vice presidents play many roles in thewhole society,Vice presidents will occur the role conflict. with other subjects as wellas their own inside.Due to limited energy,this study focus on the vice president’srole conflict in the education system. At the same time,the research object in thisstudy is vice president in charge of teaching and moral education in our middleschool,but not in charge of logistics and legal.This paper includes four chapters,the first chapter is the introduction whichmainly includes the origin of the topic,research significance,literature review,research methods,etc.. Based on the questionnaire and interview about vicepresident of middle school,the next three chapters show the situation,the relatedinfluence factors and measures of vice presidents’ role conflict,Using the method ofinvestigation, the second chapter tells us about differences of demographiccharacteristics,type of school,and being in charge of the field about the vicepresident’s role conflict,then describes the present situation about vice president’srole conflict of middle school.The overall level of vice presidents’ role conflict isabove average. The vice president’ role conflict.has significant differences inworking time,school scale,school natureThe degree of role conflict becomes weak with the working time becoming long,rises with the expansion of school scale. the level of vice presidents’ roleconflict in private schools is higher than in public schools.The main performance ofvice presidents’ role conflict is a mismatch in term of education requirements;theexpectation of various groups or people to the vice president,which is conflict,unrealistic,multiple;the fuzzy duties of vice presidents leading to role conflict; tobecome vice president being not the value of their life and vice presidents’administration and teaching in the middle school leading to role conflict; the roleconflict causes by the lack of resources of role;vice presidents’ role conflict causingby the lack of their knowledge and ability.The third chapter is the analysis of thefactors influencing the vice presidents‘role conflict. Through the analysis of the vicepresident’s role conflict,we find that six factors (scenes and props,the script,director,fellow actor,audience and actor) are lack,extra,internal conflict,or notconsistent in role play process,which cause role conflict in the work of the vicepresident. Expandsion of the school scale,the tendency and leadership’s system ofadministrative management, heterogeneous groups, the lack of props, theconstrainting resource of role,the pursuit of the interests of the people and thediversification of value judgment under the market economy condition are scenefactors of the vice president’s role conflict. The selection,training,exit system ofvice president,,right of vice president,communication system between leaders andteachers,teachers and teachers——teachers’ Congress,consultation system amongsenior departments,teacher’ performance appraisal and elimination system,schoolautonomy and other aspects weakening,vice president’s load being too heavy,thedisunity and too macro of education policy are script factors of the vice president’srole conflict. The director’s style and the director adhering to principle or not,two ormore directors,peers and audiences understanding and supporting vice president ornot are the director,fellow actor,audience factors about role conflict of vicepresident. Roleplayers’ orientation and value orientation,interpersonal relationship,working time,personality,knowledge,ability,role characteristics—boundaryspanners are their own reasons of role conflict. The fourth chapter is alleviating.measures of role conflict about vice president. Based on the analysis of negative effect about vice president’s role conflict,to improve the efficiency of the use of theorganization’s human resources and help vice president play the role better,andconsidering the six influence factors of vice president’s role conflict,I put forwardsome suggestions of alleviating. role conflict. about vice presidents.These measuresincludes a smooth communication mechanism in both inside and outside the middleschool (scene),we strengthen the system construction about the vice presidents andsubdivide education policy (script),all groups and person who come into contactwith vice presidents put forward reasonable expectations and provide support(directors,fellow actors,audiences),vice presidents have clear positioning and rightchoice of value and increase knowledge and enhance ability (actor).There are some deficiencies in this study,such as the sample is not enough;Inthe interview,the vice presidents seem to retain his conversation; and I had lifeintersection with some vice presidents,the previous understanding is not objectivefor this study.
