The Research Of Network Course In College Based On Value Engineering

It is the important measure that we construct web-based environment and natural resources of study for high quality of distance education. As a core for web-based resources of study, the web-based course has grown quickly and is paid close attention. It shows that the web-based course makes no use for students almost by the practice surveys and documents. Simultaneously the theory and method of economics and managing project play a unimportant role in the during of constructing the web-based course.This thesis summarizes the master shortage about the building of the web-based course in institutions of higher learning. It was analyzed that the feasibility and necessity of guiding web-based course using Value Engineering methods. Using the principle of Value Engineering, It was distinguished what is online course from what should online course do. Definiting the basis function of online network , which was training talent. Strengthening the objectiveness and effectiveness in the construction of web-based course, the FAST graph of the function of online course was designed. It analyzes the value of the web-based course by means of Value Engineering, and a procedure Model has been formed about the building of the web-based course based on the theory of Value Engineering.This research offers guidance to teachers of higher-learning institutions for their web-based course establishment and provides following researchers with relevant references for the study on the establishment of web-based courses.
