Relation between teachers and students exists as the most important interpersonal in the education environment. Its harmony or inharmony direct determinate educational effect and result. Education in essence is a kind of exchanging act, and most important and basically exchanging form is exchange between teachers and students. Because relatively, it exerts stably and lastingly .Meet between teachers and students occur in educational environment, space which they mutually hope to develop and which is real. If there is not exchange, development will not be getting. In theory, relation between teachers and students represents philosophic meaning, there is why persons exist. Research toward aspect of class language of teachers, namely, it analyses and reveals things behind language itself in the dimension of habitual and common language. Right behind language is it, which we will explorer how to rise, operate, permeate into our school, take effect in environment of school and education, and restrict behaviors of teachers and students. The research core of this essay is not what teachers speech in the class, but it more focus on why teacher say such word and what support behind those language is. Research and analysis toward aspect of knowledge and archeology, this essay will not be inspecting historical developmental and evolutionary course of teacher language. This research emphasizes on feature of continuality, namely, roles what language of teachers play. Through a series of choice of knowledge right, through enstrenghth and affirmation of special environment, through mutual proving with other texts, teachers language take into lastingly restrict teachers. Restriction of teacher language takes effect in school environment without obstruction rising silent opposition, even extremely obvious aggression from teachers or students.The idea of contemporized education invokes more harmony, fair, democratic relation between teachers and students. Samely, invokes more harmony, fair, democratic personal teacher's language. We found that such new type of relation between teachers and students could be accomplished, only dependent on sincere facing, honest exchanging, conscience understanding, fair wording.
