In our country's current classroom teaching, teachers grasp discourse power firmly. Teachers' discourse hegemony brings severe negative influence to the teaching: make students' absolute obedient and sightless superstition to teachers; loses classroom teaching's vitality and energy in some degree; repress students' curiosity, confidence and imagination; strangle students' suspicion, criticism and innovation; make student become "knowledge receiver". For the purpose of students' development, classroom teaching calls out the regression of students' subject consciousness. And, students need to have classroom teaching discourse power. Teaching should be the process of interaction, communication and common development between teacher and student, and also between student and student. Moreover, no mater in the aspect of cognition or emotion, the characteristics development of students' body and mind need teachers' guidance, concern and also communication with teachers. Teaching process should be a soul dialog process between people who involve in the teaching. It is a kind of mutual influence, communication and understanding between education subjects.The research firstly survey and analysis the current situation of teachers' discourse hegemony. And then, according to the reality, the author put forward the premise, background, mean and purpose of teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction in order to improve teacher-student relation.At the first part of the paper, the development of current research on teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is briefly introduced. This theory research forms the theoretical basis of the paper. Then, the main problems of current teachers' discourse hegemony in classroom teaching are summarized according to the experiences gained from actual education practice watching. Then, the manifestations of teachers' discourse hegemony and students' discourse loss are concluded. Based on this, the paper goes about the passive effect of teachers' discourse hegemony and students' urgent need of discourse power, and further proposes that teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is necessary.The premise of teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is that teachers' and students' subject consciousness should be transformed. the background of teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is that teachers' and students' inter-subject relation should be established. The ways of teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is to introduce "dialog" into classroom teaching. The goal of teachers' discourse hegemony digestion and teacher-student relation reconstruction is to achieve teacher-student discourse power sharing and harmonious teacher-student relation. Under the new background of modern politics, economic and culture, the current mode of teacher and student discourse situation is severe criticized. All in all, teacher-student discourse mode must change from teachers' discourse hegemony to teacher-student dialog, and harmonious teacher-student relation should be established.
