Timmons ,the U.S. pioneer in entrepreneurship education ,has ever pointed out that the 21st century is an era of entrepreneurship and human is facing a breathed revolution, that is ,innovation and entrepreneurial spirit made a great victory of the revolution all over the world. In this era, a new philosophy of education - entrepreneurship education is paid more and more attention to by the scholars of all countries. Accordingly the governments treat it seriously. As a carrier to achieve the objective of the entrepreneurship education, the study of entrepreneurship education was put on the nations'and the universities'agenda with the scholars'wide propaganda.The United States is the first one to open entrepreneurial education curriculums in the world. After years of exploration and practice of entrepreneurship education, it has formed a set of system of entrepreneurial education curriculums from primary and junior high school education to undergraduate and graduate education, which is followed by a great many countries. Though we fell behind, at present influenced by the American advanced concept, a number of universities have begun to attach importance to China's study of entrepreneurial education curriculums. They have taken the following actions: they opened entrepreneurship education elective curriculums, set up entrepreneurship education centers, and increased the effort of entrepreneurship education initiatives such as training of teachers. To some extent we have made some achievements, but as for the current situations, there are still a lot of shortages and aspects that need improving. Chinese university entrepreneurship education programs currently exist on the inadequate understanding of course concepts, course system to be improved, inadequate teachers and funding and other issues. Therefore, the construction of entrepreneurship education is in line with our development trend of higher education and help to further improve entrepreneurship education courses theory, It provides the theoretical basis for the practice of the entrepreneurial education curriculums, meanwhile it provides a useful reference and help towards improving the entrepreneurship knowledge of university administrators, teachers and students and to the deepening of the concept of entrepreneurship education in China.From the research point of view, the article thinks previous research on our entrepreneurship education curriculums mostly set off from the curriculum theory to analyze and study the arrangement of entrepreneurship education curriculums and the problems and solutions which exist in China. From the perspectives of higher education management, it investigates and studies the construction of entrepreneurship education courses in our country. On the content, the author mainly adopts the following method of scientific research: the literature method, induction and comparison. The author starts from the information and data of a number of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial education curriculums. Based on the results the predecessor made on entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship education curriculums, treating our universities'study of entrepreneurship education as a starting point, the article compares the differences between American and Chinese Universities. Learning from the successful experience of entrepreneurship education curriculums in the United States, this article pointed out that entrepreneurship education management is a necessary requirement of higher education reform in the new era and is to adapt to the colleges in their own development needs and the need to improve the students'competitiveness.The article believes that with the developmental trend of the popularization of higher education, entrepreneurship education curriculums in our country should lay attention on the following aspects: first of all, in order to make the purpose of entrepreneurship education clear, Chinese entrepreneurship education needs to establish the concept of entrepreneurship education and to develop a unified syllabus. Next, we must strengthen the entrepreneurship foundation curriculums and professional curriculums to meet the needs of different students. Then, we must improve our teaching conditions, increase teaching resources management, develope the entrepreneurship teaching materials and enhance the construction of the entrepreneurship education practice base. Finally, we also need to strengthen the teaching staffs and ensure entrepreneurship education programs management and curriculum evaluation effective and perfect.
