Study On The Current Situation Of Tennis Teachers Of Our Sports Colleges

Sports College tennis teachers are the key to develop tennis ,in particular to competitive tennis, tennis teachers'construction directly affect the teaching quality and the development of tennis. Rapid changes of modern science and technology , scientific teaching raises higher demands for tennis teachers asking them to improve their own quality and level to constantly adapt to the situation. Therefore, improving the Sports College tennis teachers'quality and professional capability is essential and is the basic work of dev elopment of the tennis sports level. Faculty building is an effective way to improve the quality of tennis teachers .Domestic and foreign have focused on the study of team building, however ,domestic study on the sports College tennis teachers is still weak.In this paper, China's 14 sports tennis specialized institutions as the object ,using literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, analyses the current situation of the Sports College tennis Teachers and explore the developmental strategies, the results show that:(1)Basically the rational structure of teachers in basketball sports college is reasonable, but lack of number, gender imbalance, and their teaching years are not very long ,with oversimplified structure of learning sources.(2)The education qualifications of techers in basketball sports colleges are major in bachelors,which are low levels,and the title structure is not ideal.They can't catch up with the needs of scientific tranning with poor foreign lauguanges and computer skills.(3)The workload is too large for the teachers to have more scientific researches and to gain research capacity.Some teachers are so self-enclosed that they communicate with outside world seldomly.and their understanding of scientific trainning is too low. (4)The professional ideology of some teachers is not strong, which leads to unstable minds to tennis teaching and negative attitudes ,contradictions of minds .All these reflect the low positive passions for work.(5) The teachers in sports colleges are in good health,but they are unsatisfied with the conditions of treatment .(6)The teachers in sports colleges are strongly aware of participating in advanced studies and further trainnings,but chances are few.The ways of advanced studies are mainly based on job-tranning ,with the change from public eductional funding to private funding in their own expense.But most of the teachers have positive attitudes to the results of trainning. (7)Nowadays the flow movements are active in the teachers of sports colleges,and there is a tendency to influence the costruction of tennis members and the construction of main subjects members ,increasing the faultage among teachers. To the problem of the tennis teachers, the author proposes the idea that to strengthen the construction of tennis teaching staff ,recommending that: emphasis on faculty construction, rationally adjust the faculty structure; deepen the educational reform, explore new teaching model; efforts to improve the working environment, maintain Teachers stability; emphasis on teachers'training, improve teaching quality;promote the investment ,speed up the pace of job training.
