Present Situations Of Teaches Tennis Club In Henan University

Tennis, as the most fashionable sport today, gradually enters the universities. In the guidance of the concept of "health first, lifelong sports", more and more universities faculties involved in tennis, and tennis activities gradually developed by faculty clubs vigorously. Through the analysis and research on the present situation of faculty tennis clubs in colleges and universities, this article provides reference opinions and suggestions for the healthy and orderly development of faculty tennis clubs. It will promote the development of the clubs in turn host activities with better and more practical, encourage more teachers to participate in the tennis movement to form a positive and healthy life concept, and promote and popularize the staff sports club.By using the research methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, this paper, through regional survey, analyzes and researches on the development status of universities faculty tennis clubs in Henan Province, finds out the existing problems in the development of such clubs, and provides references to promote the university teachers actively participate in the tennis sport and the healthy development of the clubs. The conclusions are as follows:(1) The number of staff involved in the tennis club is few, which occupies small proportion in the overall staff. It will lead to gradual reduction in the number of participants, and to shrinkage of the organization, which jeopardize the healthy development of the club.(2) Faculties with higher education and professional title are more enthused to participate in the tennis sport, and vice versa. The reason behind is mainly that career and family time takes up the leisure time; at the same time, faculties have good self-assessment result on the physical condition, and thus have weak exercise awareness.(3) The club organizes insufficient contest every year and thus is unable to meet the needs of competitive members. It has negative impact on the host of club activities and influences of the club.(4) University faculty clubs have few opportunities for learning and exchanges between themselves, thus are lacking of communication of useful experiences, and negatively affected the healthy development of the club.(5) The main source of funding of the university faculty clubs is membership fees and school funding, which is a very limited single source, and thus difficult to meet the needs of practical activities. This has to a certain extent restricted the development of the clubs.(6) The coordination and cooperation of various departments of the universities is not strong enough, which is unconducive to management efficiency, and increase the cost of communication at the same time. Multiple department management and irresponsible behavior are harmful to the efficient, ordered, and rapid development of clubs.
