| Shaanxi is located in bordering area between the central and the western ofChina. Qinling is the most important natural resources in the area. Shaanxi ProvincialGovernment decided to use the advantages of Qinling Mountain resources to promotethe development of sports industrial in Shaanxi province, planned to QinlingMountain sports industry economic circle as one of the seven sports industrial park.The government selected several patches along Qinling to build quality routes ofsports industry in mountainous area in cooperation with local governments orenterprises. It aims to create a number of famous sports industry zone and well-knownsports events in mountainous area. Therefore, to understand the connotation andextension of sports industry in Qinling mountainous area has the very vitalsignificance to promote the development of sports industry, sports resources, sportsindustry economy layout and policy in Shaanxi.The starting point of this study is to define the connotation and extension ofsports industry in mountainous area. The study is based on sports resources inmountainous area, to discuss the problems of the construction of the sports industrylayout through the sports industrial linkage in mountainous area in Qinling. Afterinvestigation and argumentation, the article thinks that the sports industry resources inmountainous area have higher value for development, can promote the developmentof sports industry in mountainous area. It’s very different between sports industry andsport tourism industry in mountainous area, cause of the two are independent complexcannot be confused in industrial relations. Sports industry layout in mountainous areais based on the industrial linkage of a variety of formats, making it easier to achievethe optimal allocation of resources and industrial sectors of mutual complementaryadvantages. In order to solve the problem of sports industry confusion in mountainousarea in Qinling, this paper presents how to develop industrial linkage, suggest payattention to the relationship of sports competition performance industry, fitness andleisure industry, sports training services, sports tourism, sports stadiums, sportsexhibition industry, sports goods industry, and other departments, all kinds of the jointbetween enterprises and restructuring else. The paper put forward suggestions onconstruction of sports industry layout in mountainous area in Qinling as follows: topromote the development of sports industry in mountainous area with multi-channel;To build the Qinling mountains sports industry zone; Establish the statistical indexsystem of sports industry as soon as possible and so on. |
