Scientific and technological innovation is the core driving force of economic development,and scientific and technological service industry is the key industry of innovation-driven development.In recent years,with the continuous promotion of national supply-side structural reform and innovation-driven development strategy,the science and technology service industry has become a strategic emerging industry.Science and technology service industry is not only a service industry that can provide important support for scientific and technological innovation and the development of other industries,but also a high value-added industry relying on science and technology.In Henan province as a big province in economy,in the transition to the leap-forward development of the economic strong province,the important role of science and technology service industry is self-evident,therefore to be considered in Henan province science and technology services industry association and spatial distribution,so as to formulate corresponding countermeasure,booster technology services to emerging growth pole role as soon as possible,better implementation of the regional industrial structure optimization and upgrading,promoting regional economic growth with high quality.Under this background,this paper,guided by the theories of industry correlation and industry spatial distribution,sorts out relevant researches on the science and technology service industry,first makes a statistical definition of the science and technology service industry through the comparison of classification documents,and then summarizes the development status of the science and technology service industry in Henan province in three aspects.On this basis,this paper respectively from the perspective of the spatial distribution of industry associations and industry,using the input-output method to identify the Henan science and technology in the service sector to the correlation industry,before and after induction of science and technology service industry to provide the flow of products and services,and the dynamic comparison,find out the differences and analyze the causes,and analyze the subdivision of industry correlation effect,and then calculate and analyze the industry spread effect,further depict the characteristics on the level of science and technology services industry.Second use of industry concentration,space gini coefficient,location entropy three methods to calculate the spatial distribution of the science and technology service industry in Henan province every city,and using the spatial autocorrelation analysis method to explore the association space type,inductive factors influencing the spatial distribution of Henan province science and technology services,use of 18 cities in Henan province in 2005-2018 of relevant data,the panel model is set up to carry on the empirical analysis,found the technology innovation,economic development level,related industry science and technology service industry cluster distribution of Henan province has a significant role in promoting,government behavior and the level of opening to the outside has a certain negative impact.Finally,the main research results are summarized and Suggestions are given.Through the analysis can be concluded that Henan province science and technology service industry development momentum in recent years,positive,input and output are improving,but industry development and the progress of the large space,at present there are some problems:(1)The prominent contradiction between supply and demand in Henan province science and technology innovative talents,and department of education and science and technology service industry association strength is weak,fine talent output ratio is low,cannot meet the demand of professional talent needed for industry development;(2)The internal structure of the industry is not reasonable,it is urgent to focus on the development of the upstream industry,the front-end science and technology research and development link is relatively weak,its own achievement conversion rate is low,is not conducive to the transformation of results and the cycle of factors,the added value of the industry is low;(3)The overall development is relatively slow,unable to meet the innovation needs of economic development;(4)The regional development gap is large,and the spillover effect is not obvious.There is no positive spatial autocorrelation in the agglomeration distribution of science and technology service industry in Henan province.Finally,the following suggestions are put forward according to the research conclusion: Enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation,and strengthen the upstream link of the industrial chain;Rational utilization of industrial correlation effect to achieve rational supply and demand;Improve the mechanism of talents in science and technology service industry to solve the contradiction between the supply and demand of talents;Carry out regional cooperation and guide the rational flow of factors.
