We should start form it to ensure the quality of training graduate students.The courses teaching management is a kind of action which according to the physical and mental development laws of graduates and their educational purposes. It requires school (graduate school), department of education administrative departments at all levels to conscious planning, organizing, directing and controlling the management of graduate teaching activities. Actually, it although would be required organize the current teaching qualification reasonably and conform it in effect. Then, we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of pairs of subjects to improve teaching quality, and develop high-quality research talent.
