Graduate education is the highest level of education in nation, which aim at training students'ability. The main training mode of graduate students is the combination of theoretical study and scientific research, both of them can not be neglected. According to China's Degree Regulations, graduate should do scientific research basing on grip stability basic theory and systemic special knowledge. Their courses teaching is the basic link-building activities in graduate education and it also the base of scientific research. We should start form it to ensure the quality of training graduate students.The courses teaching management is a kind of action which according to the physical and mental development laws of graduates and their educational purposes. It requires school (graduate school), department of education administrative departments at all levels to conscious planning, organizing, directing and controlling the management of graduate teaching activities. Actually, it although would be required organize the current teaching qualification reasonably and conform it in effect. Then, we should fully mobilize the enthusiasm of pairs of subjects to improve teaching quality, and develop high-quality research talent. The specific content usually includes teaching program management, curriculum teaching process organization and management, curriculum teaching, monitoring of management.Nowadays, there are many problems in the courses teaching management of graduated students of our country. We analyze the following tips: the teaching management is not emphasis enough; curriculum management lack of gradient settings, optional and dynamic feedback; the appropriate hardware and software facilities investment do not meet the needs of graduate training, as well as management control course imperfect and method for management of problems too single. So we can try our best to make the following recommendations to improve them: to establish people-oriented management, adhere to the concept of development; to optimize the course system to strengthen the curriculum management; to organize teaching resources reasonably and increase the teaching inputs, as well as improve the management of graduate teaching methods; to build a sound assessment control system of graduate courses teaching management for strengthen the graduate courses teaching management.
