Project management is a kind of advanced culture and advanced modern management method, many of it’s ideas can overthrow the old concept of colleges and universities student practice, if draw lessons from it, could improve the shortcomings of the colleges and universities student work effectively.Colleges and universities,as the body of higher education, introduced the project management to student practice,was good to enhance college students’ scientific spirit and humanistic quality, was good to cultivate students’creative spirit and creative ability, was good to develop college students’ social practice ability and sustainable development ability.At the same time, could improve the teachers’work efficiency, optimize the allocation of resources, enhance the team cohesion, enhance the vitality, effectiveness and creativity of student work, achieve the sustainable development.First,this article introduced the concept of project management, the basic characteristics, the process,the basic principle and the basic procedure, and analyzed successful cases of using project management in the student work in university.On this basis, such as the Shanghai university of electric power, through analyzing the mode and shortage of the students of traditional student work in colleges and universities,discussed the significance and feasibility of exploring the implement of project management, and proposed the basic points and the basic requirements for managers of the project management in student practice.Got that introduced the project management method to the student practice could improve the real-time monitoring of activity set, resource allocation, time effect and organizational coordination, improve its working methods and process.Project management paid attention to detail controlling and and process management,it was helpful to quantify and supervise the assessment of students’group activities.Second, analyzed the construction and implement of the project management plan of Shanghai university of electric power by using the principle of project management, established the brand project and the project operation process model.Analyzed how to establish the performance evaluation system, at the same time,improved the implementation model of two brand projects:the month of electricity and senior project.Finally, used after project management effect evaluation on student practice and two brands projects, mainly included the after project management effect evaluation of social impact, sustainability evaluation and problems.In view of the existing problems, combined with the project management theory, proposed further establish a complete theoretical framework project, student practice management system and all kinds of innovative mode, etc.For Shanghai university of electric power student work project office, this study established a bidding,judging and examining system,to make accurate decisions and regulatory rules-based smoothly.For secondary school electric and automate school project team, this study used the knowledge of project management and guided them to establish a complete management methods of project initiation, planning, executing, controlling and closing, to guide practice, scientific management.
