The Actional Selection Of Interests Expression Of Urban Relocated Residents

Along with the attack of three-time waves of marketization,a new market-driven society is in the making,the dispute of interests around land becomes increasingly intense. Especially in recent years,the polarization of interests led to interests contradiction among some groups. Under this background,attended with the accelerating of urban construction, urban building demolition led to dispute. The interests of urban residents to be relocated which generates in the process of the demolition has caused wide public concern. Interests Expression not only become an important problem related to people's happiness, but also become a crucial problem which affects the stability and development of society.This paper attempts to take typical case as the breakthrough point and research object.Using the theory of sociology, starting with analysis of microcosmic action,through analysis of the incident,discussing the action urban relocated residents chose when they expressed their interests,and find the logic of their action. Through the analysis of field of their expression of interest,penetrating the limitation which they encountered,then digging out reasons behind them. To try to understand the action of Chinese locals, and find the critical point to go out of the predicament of their interests expression. There are five parts in this paper: First part,bringing forward the problem this issue studies on, theoretical background and research methods;Second part, introducing the conditions that urban relocated residents stand up for their rights, and describe the typical case. Third part, using theory of social action analyse the action urban relocated residents chose when they expressed their interests,and finding the logic of their action. Fourth part,analysing the field of their interests expression from the aspects of law, administration, consensus and organization,to penetrate the limitation which they encountered,then dig out reasons behind them. Fifths part,putting forward some reflections on valid expression of interest. Pointing out that it depends on the molding of citizens'character, limitation of power and establishment of valid system of interests expression.
