There are maybe some questions existed in the teaching and training .To some extent, the phenomenon could lead to a vicious cycle, and a potential influence from the working conditions to living conditions, and some unsatisfactory spots in the teacher's job and life, then effect the quality of education and the students. To participate in the questionnaire of 117 members from age, school age, education background, professional title, character tendentiousness, working environment, and other comprehensive analysis research. To explore them in actual work possible some work, and the hidden danger of work produced by circulating effect. And other subjects, the teaching of physical education teachers in comprehensive contrast in teaching methods, teaching organization, teaching target, etc has its own particularity, and the work in facing the student group, social group are under pressure.
