Job burnout is the focus of study on occupation health psychology. Education is a kind of typical metier to help others. Teachers are prone to job burnout and high frequent colony of job burnout. The negative symptoms of job burnout among teachers are harmful to both students and teachers themselves. It is important to do some research on job burnout among teachers. In this paper, we used the method of roll confusion in role theoretics and the role conflict principle to examine the status of job burnout and its effective factor among middle school teachers in some area of Wuhan. This study provided data and references for the studies of job burnout about middle school teachers. It was useful to the development of the academic research of job burnout, and supply some theoretical explanation and methodological guidance about the precaution and interference of teachers' job burnout.The present dissertation included 2 parts. Part one was the remedy of the table about measurement of teachers' job burnout. The table was based on the Pines' job burnout model and BM to obtain statistical data. Part two was about the status of job burnout in middle school teachers in some area of Wuhan, the role perception scale, the degree of job burnout and effective factors about job burnout. In this paper, we used the method of stratified cluster sampling. The data were treated with descriptive statistics, relation analysis and factor analysis.The major findings were as below:1. The remedy of the table about measurement(scale) of teachers' job burnout. The table measured emotional exhaustion, reduced personal accomplishment, depersonalization and role perception scale, including 27 items, testees were evaluated by seven subscales. BM were included three parts: physiological exhaustion (PE), emotional exhaustion(EE) and mental exhaustion(ME). Each part included 7 items, in total of 21 items. The role perception scale were 4 items, each item included 7 options.2. The degree of middle school teachers' job burnout in area of Wuhan province was middling, and the total level of job burnout was not serious.3. Teachers' burnout were concerned to their ages, education degree, marriage and family numbers. Among them the ages were the most significant factor (p<0.001). Teachers' burnout were not concerned to sex.4. There were seven common factors effecting teachers' burnout among teachers in area of Wuhan, which were factor 1-instance variable; factor 2-substantial circumstance and satisfaction of economic income; factor 3-emotionality(emotional character) of teacher; factor 4-self evaluation of educational efficiency and content of career; factor 5-thumbprint of teacher; factor 6-working stress and working burden of teacher; factor 7-relationship between colleagues and identification with others. Among them, factor 2,6 and 7 were the most significant to the teachers' burnout; factor 3 and 5 were the second; and then was factor 4; factor was the least to the teachers' burnout.
