| With the "the policy of three Fs",rural revitalization strategy has become more and more obvious,and rural sports teachers play a vital role,teachers not only shoulder the responsibility of imparting knowledge,also shoulder the mission of promoting the development of rural areas,teachers’ job burnout may seriously affect their daily work,therefore,academia has carried out a lot of research and exploration,in order to better help teachers cope with this challenge.This paper aims to understand the job burnout of rural physical education teachers in Chongqing;analyze the influence of the factors of the job burnout of rural physical education teachers on the job resources and requirements under the JD-R model theory.Rooted theory combined with the field investigation research method of Chongqing rural physical education teachers burnout related original data,classification,summary,from the perspective of work requirements,work resources into rural physical education teachers job burnout causes and digestion strategy,rich research content in the field of rural teacher burnout,for rural physical education teachers burnout further research to provide certain reference significance.Through a variety of research means,such as investigation,literature analysis,mathematical statistics and logical reasoning,such as the job burnout scale,job requirements-resources questionnaire survey tools,the present situation of Chongqing rural physical education teachers job burnout is analyzed,and according to the JD-R model of Chongqing rural physical education teachers job burnout countermeasures are put forward.The following research results and conclusions are drawn:(1)the rural physical education teachers in Chongqing have obvious job burnout.Among the three dimensions,the degree of emotional failure is the most serious,followed by low sense of achievement,and finally dehumanization.(2)Different gender and marriage status showed significant differences in the job burnout of rural physical education teachers in Chongqing,while different age,educational background,teaching age and professional title did not show significant differences in the job burnout of rural physical education teachers in Chongqing.(3)There is no significant difference in the job burnout of rural physical education teachers.(4)There was a significant positive relationship between emotional failure,role stress,and entrance examination stress.There was a significant negative relationship between low achievement and role pressure and professional ethical requirements.There is no significant relationship between dehumanization and the four items.There is a close link between burnout and emotional demands.And work stress may lead to more severe occupational fatigue.(5)There is a significant negative relationship between emotional failure and organizational support and work return.A positive correlation was significant between low achievement and work reward.There was a significant negative correlation between dehumanization and organizational support,colleague support and autonomous control,and a significant negative correlation between overall job burnout and organizational support,independent control,work significance and work return.Work resources can have a significant negative impact on overall burnout. |
