In 2010 China formulate "the National Medium and long-term Educational reform And the Development project Summary (2010-2020)" which explicitly pointed out that we will enlarge teachers'training, along with our country's development of education informationization as well as the new curriculum reform in the national unceasing deepening, it proposed a new request to teacher's specialized ability. Teachers need to change themselves role into not only knowledge initiator in school, but also the learner and research of new teacher idea and research. The vitual learning community is not only provide platform to teachers for improving Specialized ability but also provide the brand-new communication platform to teacher, the communication manner is different from realistic community, the community members'interative ability is uneven, the interactive quantity and level is low, but interactive is important way to promote teacher knowledge construction, therefore to strengthen the interaction in virtual learning community is become an important topic.This study which aimed to explore different periods of the teachers interact in virtual learning community and want to put forward several characterristic strategies to promote teachers'interaction in vitual learning community by analyse the interaction situation of the virtual learning community'members. The effectiveness of strategies can be test by the change of interaction quantity and interaction content. All strategies want to help teachers using virtual learning community better learn.This study is a design based reasarch. This study get the quantity of interaction and quatity of interaction through questionnaires, content analysis and social network analysis method. By analyse interaction factors and interaction datas, then dividing teacher interaction stages in virtual learning community, at last this paper give some strategies to promote interaction.The dissertation is composed of three parts: The first part describe the purpose, questions and the major theoretical principles of the research. Chapter One provides an overview of the relevant literatures to define the research goals. Chapter two describes the basic theories to generate the research hypothsis and research questions that can facilitate the following research. The second part in the paper mainly analyse interactive factos and systemize interactive datas, analyse interactive development pattern,propose and check the effectiveness of strategise.The third part in this paper provided with an outline of study results, ended with some indications to merit, demerit and the further orientations associated with this research.
