With the rapid development of information technology represented by computer technology,network technology and multimedia technology, virtual learning community is regarded as an important way to acquire knowledge. Compared with the traditional way of learning, virtual learning community has its unique advantages and characteristics. Although network learning are developing rapidly in the modern society, the virtual learning community can not completely replace the traditional(offline) learning. Therefore, it has become the hotspot and focus of research in the field of education that how to combine learning offline and learning in virtual learning community, what kind of relationship between them, and the ways offline learning and online learning(learning in virtual learning community) are promoting learning effectivelyIn order to further study the influence of virtual learning community on traditional offline learning, this study selected the Qufu Normal University 2012 grade and 2013 grade undergraduate students majoring in educational technology as the research object and used literature study, interview and questionnaire etc. as research methods. Firstly, on the basis of the relevant research of domestic and foreign scholars on the virtual learning community interaction and offline learning, the research background, research significance, research status, research methods and ideas of this study were introduced, and then according to the theories of the interactive behavior, the effect of interactive and offline learning, the related concepts were defined in the paper. Secondly, through interviewing with students and researching of lots of literatures, this study made the dimensions and measurement table of learner interaction behavior in virtual learning community, learner’s cognition and offline learning, provided the hypothesis of the relationship between the interaction behavior and learner’s cognition, and the relationship between learner’s cognition and offline learning. and also set up the structure model among learner’s interaction, learner’s cognition and offline learning; Thirdly, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the students who had studied in the virtual learning community, according to the questionnaire survey, the SPSS19.0 and Amos17.0 statistical software were used to analyze the questionnaire data, including reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, verification factor analysis and model adaptation contrast. Finally, according to the statistical results, the structure model is modified and tested, and based on the conclusions of the study, some suggestions to promote the offline learning were provided.Research results show that the interaction in virtual learning community finally can be expressed by means of interaction frequency, responsiveness, reciprocity, situational and interest;learner’s cognition can be expressed by trust and perceived value; offline learning can be applied by knowledge consolidation, knowledge expansion, answer questions in class, knowledge application, sharing and communication. All of these five dimensions of interaction can positive effect five learning methods of offline learning through learner’s cognition.
