Middle—school pupil's classroom misbehaviors is demonstrated by students in the classroom, that influence themselves and others, even affect the efficiency of teaching quality and teaching behavior. The classroom misbehaviors is very common, some students take classes God, in a daze, listening to music or write operation of other subjects, some students deliberately noisy, more seriously, some students conflict with teachers directly in the classroom. Today, new curriculum widely implemented, which has affected the progress of teaching, not only prevented the development of their own health, but also for other students with serious effects.This study in Yuzhong County of Lanzhou City, respectively, from the performance of Middle—school pupil's classroom misbehaviors, classroom misbehaviors of students and teachers deal with the problem behavior of students in three aspects, by the beginning of the comparison of men and women, combined with classroom observation and interview data, obtained the most common classroom problem behavior and the behavior of the main reasons for these problems, problem behavior of students with cases drawn its own reasons, including students, teachers, and the environment. Teachers deal with students'classroom misbehaviors, respectively, from the prestige of the strategy, preventive strategies, control strategies, corrective strategies and delay analysis of the five dimensions of strategy, teachers in addressing the problem behavior of students in the classroom there is a big problem, more than half of the teachers are not a good use of the above five strategies.Based on the above research and conclusions, this study proposes the following suggestions:First, the prevention strategy. Prevention strategies include improving teaching standards, teaching organizational skills and professional ethics, and establish reasonable standards of classroom behavior, teachers should be possible to meet the students'sense of achievement, the establishment of harmonious relations between teachers and students and good teaching environment, in a timely manner and Communication between parents, give students of problem behavior more attention.Second, the control strategy. When students'problem behavior occurs, teachers should take certain measures to reduce the problem behavior to maximize impact. Relatively minor issues such as behavior suggests that the language of cold treatment, or good reminder that when a more serious problem behaviors, may be appropriate to criticize and punish, but here the criticism and punishment is not arbitrary, teachers should be used with caution.Third, the correct strategy. Some classroom misbehaviors will be able to stop just by a look, but some misbehaviors require teachers to adhere long-term efforts to help the students of problem behavior, teachers and students develop corrective plans, under the supervision of teachers, students gradually improved.
