Classroom teaching is the main teaching form of modern school education,as well as the central link of the whole teaching work,which plays a dominant and decisive role on other links.The normal development of classroom teaching activities must be based on good classroom order.However,in actual classroom teaching high school students often will appear the reference books and other subjects homework,eating and a series of disrupt classroom order and make the teacher headache all sorts of problem behavior,is not only a serious violation of classroom discipline,affect the normal teaching,and interfere with the normal learning of themselves and students,bring negative effect of classroom teaching.In order to alleviate the tense relationship between teachers and students,improving graduation rates,and constantly enhance the level of students' moral quality and personal accomplishment,to carry out quality education,this article tries to move in henan province examination of morality and the rule of law,an area in an open-book exam that Z S school under special circumstances is common morality and the rule of law students in the class of the typical representative,why,and how to quickly and efficiently solve the problem of students' classroom behavior are discussed several levels,The research of this paper is mainly divided into four parts:introduction,focusing on the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods,innovation and shortcomings.The first part is a survey of students' problematic behaviors in S Middle School's ethics and rule of law class based on the actual situation.It is conducted in various ways,such as issuing questionnaires and classroom observation,and preliminary induction and data analysis.The second part makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of students' problematic behaviors in moral and rule of law classes in junior high school,aiming at laying the foundation for proposing solutions.The third part is the combination of the previous parts,put forward the correction strategy.The fourth part,the conclusion and prospect,summarizes the conclusion of the article,summarizes the coping strategies according to the previous part,and summarizes the limitations of this study.The current domestic and international research on classroom problem behavior has certain achievements,but morality and the rule of law in the examination in henan province an open-book exam,under the big background of this special about in the special period of junior middle school students physical and mental development of such a group,morality and the rule of law students' classroom problem behavior research data is very limited,so the morality and the rule of law for junior high school classroom student problem behavior research is significant.
