Study On Reform Of Logistics In Local Colleges And Universities

With the establishment and development of socialist market economy and increasing of the productivity of the third industy and commercialization of logistic service in universities, the supplementary work, supporting links research, which had traditionally been managed by universities, are now becoming more and more independent from the whole administration and developing into new teaching-related enterprises. The socialization of logistics makes the depedent system of universities from single to multiple, provides more supporting points and more reliable basis to the teaching and scientific research work. The reform of socialization of logistics in local universities is the chosen subject of study in this thesis. The article starts from the deflnation of loistics in local universities and discusses it in three aspects:the main tasks, the action and importance, and features of socialization of the logistics service. The author explores the inevitability of the reform of logistics in local universities through the demand of development of higher education, the sharp contradictions between the increasing demand and short provision for higher education and reform of higher educational system. Meanwhile the author refers to Arican experience in logistic management. The thesis present suggestions solving the existing problems in: 1) renew the opinion of logistic service; 2) carry out 損roject of image?and rebuild the image of logistics; 3) undertake target management and reform the old-dated systems; 4) choose reformal plan according to the practical situation of the local economy and local universities.
