On The Position And Role Of Sports In International Relations

Sport exist everywhere in the realistic societies as a unique social phenomenon. A lot of objective facts prove that sports, as the most active factor, has had great influence upon the international relations. This thesis deeply expounds the promoting effect of sports upon international politics, culture and economics so as to strengthen our knowledge about the significance of developing international sport exchange to improve international relations. We should also pay atleation to the role of sports in relaxing. international dispute and strengthening international exchange and cooperation. The thesis mainly consists of four parts, a foreword and an ending. The first part analyzes that sport is a special way in international exchange, and the other three parts separately analyze and study the role of sports in the international political relations, international cultural exchange and international economic relations. The purpose of this thesis is to cast a brick to attract jade because there are few theses and articles in studying this theme.
