On The Uncertainty Of Education And Personal Employment

Unemployment and laid-off problem has become so outstanding in our society, economic and lives as to lead many scholars put forward constructive proposition to solve it. Among these it is put an important role by broadening the scope of education and heightening the education level of labors. But we have to see that along the great increase number of enrollment especially in higher education, the employment of graduate become difficult day by day.Why does this reverse phenomenon appear? Is the relation certain of education and personal employment? This thesis deems that uncertainty is the essential character of market economy and there is uncertainty between education and personal employment. Accepting education is only necessary but not the sufficient condition. In the market economy society this uncertainty is double-edged sword, so it is indispensable to take measures control it.This thesis briefly takes qualitative analysis on research approach and puts forward an academic analytic frame on the topic. On the concrete study method it is document approach.This thesis can be divided into four parts. In part one, it inspects the history of the relation between the education and personal employment and the history of the people understanding. It believes that the alliance between education and personal employment is a historical appearance aroused after the society of human being adopting the form of paid-labor. It goes through three developing stages from the simplicity to the complication; and the people's understanding about the relation also goes through a developing process: from affirming the active influence that the education gives to personal employment to concerning gradually the complexity of the relation.In part two, it summarizes the uncertainty between the education and personal employment and tries to give the definition. It also analyzes the people's knowledge about it and the influence of this uncertain relation.In part three, it analyzes the origin of the uncertain relation between the education and personal employment and believes that the origin includes not only the society changing, the adjusting of the economical structure, the technological progress, but also the personal education choice, the character of the running school and job-hunting in the labor market. Because of the length limitation, this thesis mainly analyzes the internal origin from the microcosmic view.In part four, it analyzes the control of the uncertain relation between the education and personal employment and gives some suggest. It believes that the uncertainty is inner-producing in market economy and can't be eliminated completely. But we can try out best to control it by leading and respecting the personal education choice, deepening the school reform and improving the government controlling about education.
