Personal Knowledge Management Theory And The Specific Implementation Study

With the development of Informational Technology, Web Technology, Communicational Technology and Computer Technology, people are coming into the Informational Age. The truth is that it brings the information blast, so that knowledge becomes the key resource and one of the best essential factors. For the demands and challenges, people should have the abilities of PKM. As the way to cultivate people's information accomplishments and innovation abilities, the PKM makes some effects on the Web Education and Educational Technology. At the same time, it is a new factor and important question of ET. Now, the study of PKM is more superficial, which is lack of the deep study systemically. This paper begins the study from the theory based on the background.First, the paper analyzed the actualities of our country and abroad in order to get the shortcomings in the past study. Second, it teased the intension and classification of the knowledge and got the importance of PKM. Third, it studied the intension, characteristics and skill requested, expounded the relation between the PKM and OKM from association,difference and confiiction. And then, it studied implementary process of the PKM, such as the demanding analyzed, choosing flat-top and so on .At last, it studied the practice with the example of PDL and Blog.
