A Research On The Sustainable Development Of City Community Culture

With the development of the socialism market economy, great changes have taken place in the life style of the city residents in our country: " unit persons" under the planned economy system have become " community persons". Because of that, community culture has gradually become part of life which " community persons" depend on more and more, and also become an indispensable part to strengthen their sense of belonging to community. But people have not been fully aware of its importance. Therefore, though obvious achievements have been obtained in the process of developing community culture, there are also many problems, including not only the problems of building and managing culture facilities, but also the problems of lacking the cognition and participation in developing community culture. Through looking back on the research on community culture from the view of sociology and studying and realistically analyzing the process of developing community culture in our country, it will provide for us theoretical guidance and experience to solve the above problems from material environment, spiritual value, organizing system and operating mechanisms.
