This paper consists of two parts: case and case analysis.The case part first presents the dilemma that Guangdong Telecommunication Training Center (GTTC) faces with the background of transforming of China Telecom. Then it describes in detail the organization structure, services, instructors, service process, and investigation of customer satisfaction of GTTC. And then it introduces some facts about training market, home and abroad, and other institutes in the telecommunication training industry.The case analysis part analyze, one by one and in detail, the steps that GTTC has to take in formulating marketing strategies. These steps include analyzing behavior of telecommunication training buyer, market opportunity, and attraction of the industry, identifying market segments, selecting market targets, positioning, etc. Then, based on the 7P service marketing mix theory, this part analyzes in detail the problems existing within GTTC and puts forward concrete suggestions to solve these problems. Finally, advices are given for GTTC to develop long-range strategies.
