With the sustained and steady economic development in China and the b oost of international communication, people who go abroad to study hope to get better services from an overseas study service enterprise. Therefore, the enterprise is facing unprecedented opportunities, and at the same time is also facing huge challenges. How do we help overseas study service enterprises stand out in the fierce competition? Effective marketing will become the key to succeed in the saturated market. A Training School will provide information to guide in the development of the service, based on the corresponding marketing strategy. The school will also help the enterprises in marketing themselves against their competition to appear as a more worthy and valuable topic of study. The guidelines in this paper, focuses on these concepts and their significance.The paper combines experience with the overseas study service industry, research of books, and using learned marketing theory. In order to get the valid information, we collected data by reading information, interviewing participants and usin g a survey questionnaire.Firstly, this paper analyzes the background, significance, development opportunities at home and abroad, as well as methods and ideas for marketing. To clarify, this paper discusses the necessity of such a need. Secondly, this pap er presents customer characteristics, the marketing service plan, and research results of the status quo of marketing mix theory and summarizes the results, which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper. Then, it outlines the analysis of China's study abroad program and the macroscopic and microscopic environment of service industry marketing, to explore the advantages existing in the market, weaknesses of the current system, as well as opportunities and challenges. The current training school status is summarized, and existing problems are pointed out. An analysis of the study abroad program's target market is given and some suggestions for improvement are provided. Finally, it provides direction for the further development of A Training School to develop an effective marketing strategy.In this paper, it based on the theories of marketing, combined with the actual situation of A Training School business, pointed out the correspond ing improvement strategies. For A Training School In order to determines the marketing positioning, to set up “the zero cost study business” and “pure custom study business”. Develop strategies to improve the status of the A training school, develop practical marketing strategy portfolio, and ultimately make the A School business to improve. At the same time, it provides reference, discussion and reference value for other companies studying abroad in the same industry.
