The emphases and the aim of the current school teaching are to effectively inspire all the teachers in primary and middle schools to devote themselves to the research in teaching. The vital premise for the current school teaching research is to grasp all the teachers' internal psychology and adopt relevant measures. By research on the spot check of psychology (questionnaire investigation & individual interview) and the Effective Research Mode of primary and middle school teachers in Baiyin of Gansu, comparison of the fundamental situations of the teachers, the teachers' general psychology in teaching research, the teachers' self-assessment on their research motivation, the teachers' research abilities, the teachers' degree of satisfaction, to the school prompting and their research, the teachers' attitude to the newly developed curriculum , the teachers' analysis to other teachers' research in teaching , the research discovered that the absent-minded attitude is the most harmful factor for the successful activities of research in teaching. Most teachers find that teaching research activities are their urgent need in their personal development. Also, only by teaching research activities can they improved their own quality in teaching. The motivation, which is used to improve teaching competence, is favored by most of the teachers. Middle school teachers complain that the shortage of materials and obstruction of information is the most difficult thing for the activities of research in teaching, while primary school teachers think that there is no sufficient time and energy for the activities. Most teachers favor the newly reformed courses and they demand the definite reformatory direction. The development with phases does exist in the activities. If managers with enthusiasm acquire satisfying effects in the activities, excellent atmosphere in which teachers take active part in them will be established in the campus. After the analysis of the major psychology factors (the demand, the motivation, the attitude and the participant extent about the activities), the results are given that the management in the activities of the research in teaching needs redeploying and inspiring participants and the encouraged mode in educational training has become the most effective one for the teachers.Lastly, from the results and the discovered questions pieces of the better advice are given: to take full advantage of the three advantages of the activities of research in teaching; to play a significant role as a investigator; to cultivate the consciousness and improve the competence; to take the research in teaching as a teacher training course; to adjust personal psychology; to develop school-based teacher training; to encourage teachers to improve action research; to establish the reflective mode of the activities.
