Primary and secondary school teachers are the main force of national basic education,the footstones of the national education,the mentors of the young generation,as well as the “important others”.No mentally healthy teachers,it is difficult to have mentally healthy students.In recent years,the mental health problems of primary and secondary school teachers have been paid more attention,and the research related is relatively more,thus some achievements have been achieved.Based on the results of domestic research,this paper uses the following methods,such as literature analysis,questionnaire survey and teachers' interview,to carry out an investigation by using the two scales SCL-90 and SSRS.In the investigation,young teachers under the age of 35 of 11 schools were investigated,covering the senior middle schools,junior middle schools and primary schools of Shizong County.Meanwhile,the researcher visited 60 teachers in person to find the present state of teachers' psychological and social support in more detail.The survey shows that the mental health state of junior middle school young teachers in Shizong County is generally good,the mental health state of young teachers in senior middle schools and primary schools is not optimistic,and it proves that teachers' psychological state is somewhat related to imperfect psychological supporting system.Comparing the total scores of the teachers in the three senior middle schools,there are significant differences in somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder,depression,anxiety,neurosis,others and mental health among them.From the average point of view,the overall mental health state of young teachers in Middle School C is better;the mental health level of young teachers in Middle School B is poorer;while Middle School A is between Middle School B and C,that is,the mental health level of the young teachers in this school is general.Through the correlation analysis of SCL--90 and SSRS,it was found that there is a negative correlation between the two,indicating that young teachers' psychological health has a certain relationship withthe social support level.In terms of the existing problems of primary and secondary school teachers in the whole county,the researcher uses the positive psychology principle to analyze the existing problems of the young teachers' psychological supporting system,and carry out some research and exploration on building young teachers' psychological supporting system.
