Qualities education has been overally pushed forward in primary and middle schools . It is a very important decision in the educational reform of our country . Taking into account the characteristics of the present situation and macro background of worldwide international education , this is a start of school reforms and it is still a cornerstone of the qualities education . However , class is a basic unit to promote the qualities education and it is one of the keys to manage the class scientifically for the educational reforms.This thesis took six middle schools in Lanzhou City as the survey objects. They are classified into key middle schools , ordinary middle schools and the weak middle schools . In the research of the present situation of managing classes , questionnaire method ,interview method and the literature analysis method are used. The results of the survey indicate that class managers of each school are almost aware that the renewal of educational ideologies and managing patterns is quite urgent . Many traditional patterns and deadlock patterns affect the advance of scientific class management and they do not adapt to the development of the educational reform and the era . The writer has surveyed and analyzed the present situations of the class management , as well as the students`and teachers`attitude toward the present situation of the class management in the view of the students and teachers .The writer has drawn the conclusion that the old educational ideologies , the background of managing patterns , the irrational evaluation , the low level of teachers` qualities in charge of classes affect the scientific management , therefore they furtherly affect the exertion of the qualities education . On the basis of the survey and analysis mentioned above , the writer studies how to enhance the level of scientific class management in five aspects :Firstly , more emphasis should be laid upon the solving of several problems in class construction . Secondly , the principles in realizing the scientific class management .should be followed. The managers in schools should pay more attention to the construction of managers in charge of classes . Thirdly , the managing patterns in which schools , families and society are combined should be established . Fourthly, the principles of realizing the scientific class management should be followed. Fifthly , the operation ways of scientific class management . In this part , the writer put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures on the scientific class management in middle schools .
