Education for all-around development in elementary and middle schools comprehensive advancement, this is our country educates the reform the once again leap, is educates the present situation according to our country the characteristic, all in carries on the reform in the various countries education under the big background, makes promptly important decision.The elementary and middle schools are the reform beginnings, is advances the education for all-around development the cornerstone, but the class and grade is carries out the education for all-around development the fundamental unit, the scientific style which the class and grade manages also becomes one of realization education reform keys.This article take the TuYouQi six middle schools as the investigation object, according to the key middle school, the general-studies middle school, the weak middle school classifies, with the questionnaire law, the interview law and the literature analytic method conducts the research to the middle school class and grade present situation, the investigation result indicated various schools class and grade superintendent basic all realizes the education idea and the management pattern renewal already imminent; Many traditional, the ossified patterns are seriously affecting the scientific advancement which the class and grade manages, has not been able to adapt the education reform and the time need to develop. The author manages middle-school student's angle, teacher's stratification plane from the class and grade the present situation and the teacher, the student which manages to the class and grade carries on the investigation, the analysis to the class and grade management present situation manner.The discovery education idea obsolete, management pattern backwardness, the appraisal science, the teacher in charge quality not higher are not affecting the scientific style which the class and grade manages, thus influence education for all-around development further implementation. In the diagnosis foundation, how did author further on enhance the class and grade from five aspects to manage the scientific level to conduct the research:①Pays special attention to the class and grade to construct with emphasis several questions;②The school superintendent should take the teacher in charge troop to construct;③Constructs the school, the family, the social three-in-one combination management pattern;④The realization class and grade manages the principle which the scientific style should follow;⑤Class collective scientific management operating procedure.In this part, the author managed the scientific question on the middle school class and grade to put forward the corresponding proposal and the countermeasure.
