The author manages middle-school student's angle, teacher's stratification plane from the class and grade the present situation and the teacher, the student which manages to the class and grade carries on the investigation, the analysis to the class and grade management present situation manner.The discovery education idea obsolete, management pattern backwardness, the appraisal science, the teacher in charge quality not higher are not affecting the scientific style which the class and grade manages, thus influence education for all-around development further implementation.
