Class management is refers to the class education managers lead the class in accordance with the requirements of the law of class education management, in order to better realize the goal of education and the class and grade work goals and a series of activities. Have the support and cooperation of class management activity, can be developed smoothly class education activity, class the implementation of the education activities, cannot leave the class management activities. Class management activity is the head teacher and classroom teachers organize and guide, the participation of the whole class, teachers and students of common management activities. Only effective class management activities, to ensure the smooth progress in class education activities, to ensure the educational target ultimately. Class management cannot narrow understanding of the management in the class activities, namely cannot be narrowly think not collective activity is no class management, but should be understood as the class as a kind of organization form and carrier, undertake to the student’s comprehensive management whether students in the class activities or in the spontaneous formation of the group activities. On the basis of analyzing the problems, this paper further analyses the cause of the problem, namely:the management experience and the influence of "exam-oriented education" thought.The fourth part mainly introduces the optimization countermeasures.Combined with the author’s work in the class management experience of3years, according to the above problem, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to class management optimization mainly include:schools do a good job in pre-service training, the teacher in charge should pay attention to the management methods, establishing scientific class management evaluation system, which meets the requirements of the quality education class management, attach importance to the role of classroom teachers in class management, help students to correct learning attitude, etc.In a word, in the face of the problems existing in the management of class in ShanBei region, we need to research and solve. Today’s only set up the modern concept of class management, class teacher to cultivate modern required to fit the development of era.
