Education is the cornerstone of national rejuvenation and social progress.The 19 th CPC National Congress report of the Party proposes to increase the investment in education,especially for the education in rural and remote areas,to ensure that learning is taught,teachers get income,and teacher undefined wages and benefits in rural areas are improved.Youth is the future of our country and nation.It is the mission of education to train a batch of young students with quality,knowledge and ability.Every stage of students undefined development is very important to every student.It needs the help of society,school and family to guide and educate students.The senior middle school stage is an important turning point in the students undefined life,it is the key period for students to change their destiny and shape their own knowledge with knowledge,so the role played by the high school class teacher in class management is particularly important.The relationship between school and class is between the whole and the part.The management of each class affects the teaching quality and reputation of the whole school.Class rule school management,each class management,the quality of school teaching has been improved.The core of a class management is a class teacher,a good class teacher,can bring out a good class.A good class teacher should have a strong sense of responsibility,be able to formulate class objectives and management concepts according to the actual situation of the class,and allocate all kinds of resources so as to be a good bridge and link between students,parents and teachers.All parties work together to build a complete educational guidance system,so that students in this class family to improve themselves and improve themselves.In view of the subject of class management,many experts and scholars in education have also done a lot of practical and exploratory work.They have analyzed and studied from the aspects of students as the main body,student autonomy,teachers undefined moral education guidance,and put forward concrete methods.Improve the efficiency of class management,the future study of class management has a high reference significance.Each school has its own characteristics and management concept in class management.In order to study the subject of class management more pertinently,The present situation of class management in the first high school in Lushan County(hereinafter referred to as "the first high school in Lushan")was investigated by questionnaires and interviews with some leaders and teachers,who,in combination with their own personal observation,This paper analyzes the present situation and some problems of class management: some class teachers are not passionate enough,lack of responsibility,some class teachers undefined management idea is old,methods are out of order,despotism is lack of democracy,class teachers undefined own knowledge and skills are not enough.Lack of leadership;class teacher too much responsibility for class management,lack of team cooperation;students undefined own vision is limited,self-development awareness is not strong;in response to the investigation and interviews of the problems,learn from people-oriented,self-management,On the basis of the management idea such as specialization of class teachers undefined post,combining with the actual practice in his own education,this paper puts forward that the teacher in charge of class should set an example and set a good example,improve the sense of professional happiness and passion,love the responsibility of class management,strengthen the guidance of moral education,To implement the "love,strict,fine,practical,near,small,pro-" seven-character policy and " two hearts and one strength " education,to strengthen communication with the students undefined hearts and minds by making good use of study,to realize,and to carry out motivational motivations to become talented;the head teacher should internalize his personal charm and improve his teaching practice ability.Let students believe in teachers,respect teachers,follow teachers,build a management system of "one driving two wings,one main body",strengthen team cooperation,let teachers,parents and students themselves participate in class management,innovate the way of class management,Constructing harmonious and democratic atmosphere,and making students undefined personality spread,can provide reference for class managers.
