The research about teacher's role is neither real nor objective when regarding the teacher just as the ideal spokesman of the society and the culture disseminator or it becomes a study of all the teachers as the same role. The author of the paper thinks only the research founded the teachers'reality may provide the factual basis and the theory premise of all the research about teachers .Teacher culture is the mentality of the teachers'professional living state and the life style , which is represented as the value orientation.the thinking manner,the sentiment tendency,and the behavior manner ."What do the teachers say.how do they say,and why do they say inclassroom?"--I try to bring to light the teachers'Being in classroom.and the effection brought tothe teaching .The research based of discovering the reality may served as a humane solicitude for the teachers,a vivid explanation to other education researchers.and an intellectual reminding to the education decision-makers.This research adopted the qualitative research,which is about the person's 'life world'and the routine running of the social organizations .The researcher provides interpretative understanding about the life stories and sense construction of others .It advocates the researcher's participating into research circumstances,arousing the sympathy,fasing the facts , describing details and realities ,and then reorganizing the sections into stories and revealing the "essence" gradually by the empathic understanding of the researchers.I chose a primary school for the research groud .1 mainly presented as an "observer-as-participant"in three classes of Grade 2. Grade 4 and Grade 6 . E ight of the cooperators are Chinese x maths and English teachers .The time of colleting data was from April ,2001 to March,2002;the way of collecting data mainly including observation and interview .My research perspecting was as follows/arousing of the normative circumstances, narrating of the knowledge,and the communication of the emotions in classroom.During the process of arousing the normalized circumstances,the teachers activate the rules and regulations in the classroom,reflecting the teachers' sense and ways by rehearsing the ceremonies,reminding the regulations and bluntly criticizing.When narrating the knowledge,the teachers make self-location by establishing the narrating principals,deciding the legally and rationality about the knowledge based on the legitimate knowledge and the teachers'cultural vision.When expressing the emotion,the teachers play a part in three kinds of social roles and conceal the reality of themselves ,express their hopes to the students and also approve them rationally. In the research,the teacher culture is a kind of "authority"culture.The teacher culture is affected in both macrocosmic and microcosmic way.the former being the culture traditions,the political systems,and the economic system,and the later such as the family origin,teachers' socialization,peer group,the school culture and the community culture.
