Countermeasure Research On The Ideas Of Shenyang Community Construction

The research of this dissertation is in the fields of community construction status present and existing problems. By referring to a lot of valuable first-hand materials and deeply analyzing the existing problems in community construction in all the way, a basic consideration and countermeasure in a toughly new way is provided, which is nearer to practice, having great meanings in society and good at solving present problems. At the same time, an idea of Shenyang community construction in future is provided. It is considered that in order to build up a new community work mode, the basic community thought, which is "community is our family, and our family must be built up by ourselves", should be obeyed and the mixture mode management in the foreign countries should be considered, at the same time, the developing way which is "small government, large society and great service" should be insisted on. In order to make the Shenyang community constructor mode better, a countermeasure considering on both theory and practice in the fields of managing system, running mechanism, organizing establishment and community service is provided in this dissertation.
