This dissertation attempts to advocate a subjective teaching for the learning of solid geometry, and endeavors to present an array based on the following corresponding teaching strategies. Our study is reasonably three points: First, the low efficiency of mathematics teaching resulted from; the fact that in mathematical education, knowledge, results, teaching and cramming are emphasized but competence, process, learning and enlightenment are ignored. Second, the features of the solid geometry in secondary education of mathematics and third, characterization of the secondary school students. This dissertation is also in terms of the idens of competence education and the author's a 10-years of practice in mathematics teaching. The intended teaching strategies are stated as "to conceive intuitively and to learn objective-orientated; to extend the spatial temporal domains and to comprehend by analogy; to encourage cooperative study and to make doubts; to do experiment personally and to observe the pictures through the meaning; to emphasize the essence and practice through the varieties (alternatives); to grasp the main forms through profound consideration and to reconstruct the cognition. After a One-year-exiperment in the Chongqing Guangyi Middle School, a primary conclusion can be drawn, which states that the teaching strategies of subject teaching are capable.(1) to promote the students' spontaneows learning of mathematics;(2) to stimulate the secondary school students' interest of learning mathematics, and their confidence of learning;(3) to enhance the secondary school students' achievements in mathematics and to farter their all-round development.
