A Study On The Governance Model In China Urban Community During The Transformation Period

This paper focuses on studying an ideal model for the domestic comrftunityreformation in the transformation time. First,compared with the abroad practice,this paper analyzes the functions and effects of the working two models,community administration model and community autonomy model,from the perspectives of administration theory and community theory. Then with the theory of governance,it seems that community governance model is more practical and can be taken as an ideal model in theory. After that,by applying the community governance model into a community in Suzhou Industrial Park as a case study,the author try to find out the factors in the actualization of this ideal model.
